The Policy of PLESIUM S.L. provides the framework to establish and revise the objectives and goals of the organization, based on the following principles:
- Comply with the legal requirements and applicable regulations that may affect the activities carried out by the company.
- Understand the needs of our clients and satisfy their requirements and expectations with the agreed and specified levels.
- Minimize the environmental impact of our activities by optimizing the consumption of natural resources, energy and raw materials necessary for our processes as well as the generation of waste, spills, noise and gas emissions.
- Establish procedures that allow identifying, assessing and controlling those aspects of our activities that have a significant impact on the environment and the local community where our work takes place.
- Establish quantifiable objectives and goals, materialized in the annual Quality Management – Medio Ambiente – Sustainability program, and encourage compliance with the ‘good practices’ established in the company.
- Provide adequate information and training to our workers that allows them to develop these practices, and thus meet the expectations of our clients.
- Develop policies that allow the professional development, equality and good working climate of our workers and collaborators, with the fulfillment of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the UN.
- Involve and motivate the staff in the continuous improvement of Quality, in the preservation of the Environment, and in the Social Commitment, and involve them in the achievement of the company’s objectives.
- Provide the necessary means and resources and structure an organizational system that guarantees the good functioning of the Quality Management System – Environment – Sustainability.
- Disseminate these commitments at all levels of the organization, clients, suppliers and contractors, seeking that they comply with the principles of this Policy and the guidelines of the Management System.
- Periodically review the operation of the implemented integrated management system, to continuously improve its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate this Policy to all staff so that it is understood and accepted as the Reference of the organization.
